I have been on both buying and selling sides of real-estate. Every time, the agents I have worked with always gave me the impression that their main concern was their own pockets and not my interest. This cannot be further from the truth with Katia and for that purpose am willing to leave a recommendation. For the first time I felt that an agent was actually being 100% transparent with me with every decision. Something not true with other agents I've dealt with as it was evident to me that they were making decisions without my consent and then attempting to convince me that it is best for me to say what they told the opposing agent. I honestly gave up with trusting Real Estate agents and was a little cold with Katia at first. Katia kept every exchange professional and at the root of her efforts was my family's best interest, safety, and never once acted on her own desire to see a commission check. She has followed up many times within the past couples of months being in my new home. In fact, just a few days ago (4 months after closure) she followed up to see how me and my family where and if the house has arisen any issues. Sadly, at that time we had just cleaned out the laundry room sewage line because of back-up caused by a large ball of cat hair that the plumber pulled out. This is of relevance due to the fact that we do not have a cat but know of the previous owner having cats.
